At the beginning of September, L’Hospitalet de l’Infant revives its medieval past. Around the old town and the gothic inn, which gives the city its name and was built in the Middle Age, we are celebrating a medieval market. In such ideal setting for housing this kind of event, hundreds of stalls are set up, where you can buy decorative and heraldic items, supplements, herbal remedies, natural cosmetics, sausages, sweets, wooden toys, etc.
In addition to the stalls, there are parades and live music, mobile exhibitions, a falconry exhibition and spectacle and medieval popular dinner. Visitors can also enjoy craft demonstrations; and small workshops and games for children.
The medieval market is completed by meals available on several restaurants’ medieval menus at affordable prices.
