Local cuisine

In L’Hospitalet de l’Infant and La Vall de Llors there is a wide range of bars and restaurants where you can eat or have a snack in group or alone, enjoying a moment of peace and calm and good gastronomy. The most abundant type of cuisine is the Mediterranean, tasty, colourful and healthy, the main ingredients of which are olive oil, fish and seafood, vegetables, fruit, meat, pastry and spices and condiments. Among the specialties, there’s coastal food such as fish stews, sea bream, wolffish and tuna courses; plus desserts, for example, cherry cakes, “capsetes” or crunchy ones.

On quite a few restaurants’ menus, you’ll find both traditional simple courses and original or elaborate recipes, adapted to all tastes and all budgets. Whichever option you choose, enjoy your meal!
