L’Hospitalet de l’Infant and La Vall de Llors is located on the boundary between Costa Daurada and Terres de l’Ebre (exactly, between the counties of Baix Camp, Ribera d’Ebre inland and Baix Ebre on the coast), southwards from the Llaberia mountain range. This position makes this place an ideal start for your discovery of the whole destination. This area also brings together the best of Costa Daurada and Terres de l’Ebre, since it has nearly pristine beaches, with thin sands, and also different natural spaces of environmental value, both at the coast and in the mountains. In some cases these spaces are protected owing to their scenic characteristics and biodiversity values (for example the area of La Rojala-Platja del Torn or the Llastres river’s estuary).

Among the spaces that aren’t considered protected but are still of remarkable natural value, there are some habitats of collective interest (undergrowth areas and Mediterranean lawns), dry-stone constructions, seaside pine forests, coastal dune systems, water springs…
If what you look for is to enjoy natural scenery and quench all your senses, L’Hospitalet de l’Infant and La Vall de Llors won’t certainly let you down!
